Athlete Photo
Contract Sheet
I am happy
to exclusively photograph a specific individual – as such, you
receive more photos than the current Team Service option. Photo shoots
may involve multiple days (games) and typically consist of
25-50 images.
The amount
of photos is dependent upon the following factors: the amount of playing
time your son/daughter earns, weather/cancelled games and the number
of home games. Every effort will be made to acquire the maximum number
of photos however.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Within
five business days of the last game I cover, you will receive a CD
containing the following item:
1. Photos Suitable For Web Use
Web images are smaller files and optimally re-sized for electronic
use – attach
and send through email, upload to online photo albums, use on MySpace
pages, create computer wallpaper, etc. Web images are not intended for
reprints, as they will not yield good results.
2. Access
to a custom, online, password-protected, private photo gallery. You
may order reprints of the photographs and novelty items from my current
photo-processing lab. The gallery will be available for 1 year.
COST
$100 ($50 due with signed contract, $50 due upon delivery of CD)
Unless I have a
prior obligation with another client, I will be able to fulfill the
majority of requests for the single athlete photography promotion.
